Nikki Williams founded Enhance Aesthetics with a clear vision: to create a clinic where clients feel genuinely understood, not just treated.
With years of experience in advanced skin treatments and a deep commitment to education, Nikki built a team that shares her values - that real results come from understanding the whole person, not just the surface of their skin.
While Nikki has stepped back from the treatment room to take on other exciting endeavours, her philosophy, her standards, and her love for this industry live on in every therapist at Enhance.

Nat is the person who keeps Enhance running - and she does it with the kind of quiet competence that makes everything look effortless.
As clinic manager, she's across every detail of the client experience from the moment you book to the moment you leave. And when she's not doing that, she's in the treatment room - where brows are her thing. She has an eye for what works for each face and a genuine belief that the right brows can change everything.
She's the one who'll tell you to throw your scissors out. She means it.

Kosha Richardson - Senior Skin Therapist
Kosha is the kind of therapist clients remember long after they leave the treatment room.
With 20 years of experience in skin, she specialises in skin needling and advanced skin revision facials - and the results speak for themselves. She brings a depth of knowledge that shows up in every treatment, but it's her hands and the energy she carries into every appointment that clients talk about most.
Bubbly, warm, and lit up by genuine connection, Kosha has a way of making every client feel like the treatment was built entirely for them. Which, honestly, it was. She loves knowing your story - and she approaches every person who sits in her chair with her heart and eyes wide open.

Ash Holder - Senior Skin & Lash Therapist
Ash has lived experience with acne - and it shows in the way she works with clients navigating the same thing.
With over 13 years experience as a senior skin specialist, she specialises in impaired and compromised skin - acne, rosacea, eczema, dermatitis, and everything in between. Having been through it herself, she brings a level of empathy to every consultation that no amount of training can replicate. She understands the emotional weight of it, not just the clinical side. And she knows how to get to the root of what's actually driving it - hormones, internal triggers, incorrect diagnoses, years of the wrong advice. She's seen it all and she doesn't guess.
Ash is our facts girl. She'll tell you exactly what's happening with your skin and why, in a way that actually makes sense - and then build you a plan that delivers results you can actually see.
Beyond the treatment room, she's passionate about education - sharing knowledge, inspiring others, and raising the standard of what good skin care looks like. And behind the lash bed, her lifts have developed their own very loyal following.

Katryna has been in the beauty industry since she was 15. Thirty years later, she's still here - and still the one who actually taught Nikki beauty back in the day. We love that for her.
She's the warm face you're greeted by the moment you walk through our door and the voice on the other end of the phone when you call with questions. Product knowledge and treatment recommendations are her thing - if you're ever unsure where to start or what you need, Katryna will point you in exactly the right direction.
